These terms apply to the newsletters and alert services offered by Your Name / Company under the name Morning Notice.

The service

We monitor official public sources and email you short English summaries of new items, with a link to the original. Summaries are written with the help of an AI model and may contain mistakes or omissions. They are information only, not legal, tax, regulatory or investment advice. Always rely on the official source before acting.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold through Polar, our merchant of record, which also issues your invoices and collects applicable VAT. A free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Fair use

A subscription is for your own organisation. Please don't resell or republish the emails in bulk.

Availability and liability

We aim to send every business day but don't guarantee that every official item is captured, or captured on time, because sources may change or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; for material changes we'll email subscribers at least 14 days in advance.
