Morning Notice

Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Morning Notice processes and why. The controller is Your Name / Company, Street, City, Turkey (asaiduyar@gmail.com).

What we collect

Your email address, the newsletters you subscribe to, the filters you choose, whether you confirmed your address, your subscription status, and the dates emails were sent. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for up to 14 days for security.

Why, and on what legal basis

To send the emails you asked for and run your paid subscription (performance of a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and to send the free weekly highlights you confirmed (consent, art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes data for us

Polar (polar.sh) is the merchant of record: it takes payments, issues invoices and handles VAT. Card details go to Polar and its payment processor, never to us. Resend delivers our emails. Our server is hosted by a hosting provider under a data-processing agreement. Summaries are generated from public official documents by an AI service; your personal data is not sent to it.

Some of these providers are located outside the EU/EEA; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by the provider.

How long we keep it

While you are subscribed, and up to 12 months after you unsubscribe or your subscription ends, unless the law requires longer retention (for example, invoices kept by Polar).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing us. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.
